XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) announced via internal email that Hu Zhengnan has been appointed Vice President of XIAOMI and CTO of its Auto Division, while Song Gang has been appointed Vice President of the Auto Division and Chief of Staff, Chinese news broke. This marks the first time since the establishment of Xiaomi Auto in 2021 that the company has created a CTO position. Hu has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.
