Two China Hong Kong-registered container ships, naming CSCL Arctic Ocean and CSCL Indian Ocean, which had been stranded in the Persian Gulf for over a month, have successfully passed through the Strait of Hormuz on the morning of 31 March (Beijing time), according to Chinese media. This marks the first passage of large Chinese vessels through the Strait of Hormuz since late-February, restoring confidence in the strained global supply chain, the report added.
