Following Iran's attack on two aluminum production bases in the Middle East, there is a potential for intensified supply disruptions in the region. This morning (30th), the aluminum price on the London Metal Exchange (LME) once swelled by 6% to US$3,492 per ton.

Emirates Global Aluminium, the largest aluminum producer in the Middle East, reported significant losses at its Abu Dhabi plant, while Aluminium Bahrain, a SOE in Bahrain, also stated that it is assessing the damage to its facilities.
