CATHAY PAC AIR (00293.HK) announced another increase in fuel surcharges. Effective from 1 April, the fuel surcharge for short-/ medium-/ long-haul flights will rise by HK$99/ HK$184/ HK$396 to HK$389/ HK$725/ HK$1,560. To enable a more agile response to the volatile jet fuel prices, the Company will review and revise the fuel surcharge every two weeks to better capture jet fuel price movements in either upward or downward direction.
