Chinese online DTC networking solution provider FS.COM (03355.HK) announced its plan to list in Hong Kong, intending to offer 40 million shares, with 10% offered in Hong Kong. The offer price ranges from $35.2 to $41.6 per share, while the entry fee of a board lot of 100 shares is set at around $4,201.96. The subscription period starts today (13th) and will end on 18 March, with the shares expected to begin trading on 23 March. Its joint sponsors are CICC, China Securities and CMSI. Cornerstone investors have agreed to subscribe to shares totaling approx. US$90.22 million (about $704 million), including Hao Fund, Great Holding and WT Asset Management.
