Beijing Sankuai Technology Co., Ltd. (literal translation of "北京三快科技有限公司"), an affiliated company jointly owned by MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) CEO Wang Xing, and co-founder, executive director, and senior vice president Mu Rongjun, applied to register three trademarks of "Meituan Pin Haofang" (literal translation of "美團拼好房"), Chinese media reported, citing Tianyancha information. The international classification of the trademarks includes scientific instruments, financial property management, and catering and accommodation. The current status of the trademarks is "pending substantive examination". Beijing Sankuai Technology, established in April 2007, has a registered capital of RMB5.48 billion.
