CAAM: CN NEV Sales Grow 7.2% YoY Last Dec

In December 2025, the production of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in Mainland China numbered 1.718 million units, and sales reached 1.71 million units, representing YoY elevation of 12.3% and 7.2%, respectively, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)'s data showed. Sales of NEVs made up of 52.3% of the total new car sales.

Related NewsPPI YoY for Dec in China is -1.9%, higher than the previous value of -2.2%. The forecast was -2%.
