Mainland CN Total Electricity Consumption Up 6.2% YoY in Nov

In November 2025, the total electricity consumption in Mainland China reached 835.6 billion kilowatt-hours, marking a YoY elevation of 6.2%, the National Energy Administration (NEA)'s data showed.

The electricity consumption in the secondary industry was 565.4 billion kilowatt-hours, up 4.4% YoY, with industrial electricity consumption growing by 4.6% and high-tech and equipment manufacturing electricity consumption rising by 6.7%.
