Macau's GGR for the first 21 days of December may reach around MOP14.65 billion, meaning that it averaged about MOP700 million per day last week, around 8% higher than the average daily revenue of about MOP650 million for the week ending December 8 and about 19% higher than the average daily level of around MOP587 million in December last year, Citi said in its research report citing the latest industry data. The broker attributed this performance to a MoM rise of around 2-5% in VIP volumes and around 3-5% in Mass GGR during this period. Citi maintains its forecast that Macau's GGR will reach MOP22 billion in December, representing a YoY growth of 21%, around 96% of the level recorded in the same period in 2019.
