With effect from January 1, 2026, eligible Hong Kong employees of CATHAY PAC AIR (00293.HK) will receive an average salary increase of 3.5%, which is 0.3 ppts less than 2025's average increase of 3.8%, according to media reports citing an internal email from the airline. In November 2025, Cathay Pacific had sent an internal letter to employees indicating that eligible Hong Kong employees would receive a bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
