China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) held the fifth forum on fair competition among enterprises in 2025, focusing on the theme of 'promoting fair competition and optimizing business environment.' The forum involved in-depth discussions with foreign enterprises such as Samsung, BMW, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, P&G and IKEA, to listen to opinions and suggestions. During the meeting, Meng Yang, Vice Minister of the SAMR, introduced the work of the SAMR in strengthening antitrust law enforcement, deepening institutional opening up in the field of competition, enhancing fair competition governance and other ways.
