The Dutch government returned Nexperia, a Chinese chip manufacturer, to its parent company, WINGTECH TECHNOLOGY (600745.SH).

This follows the Netherlands' earlier announcement of taking control of Nexperia due to concerns that its key technology might be transferred to WINGTECH TECHNOLOGY. However, this move has already begun impacting auto production worldwide.
