CITIC TELECOM (01883.HK) announced that the concession agreement entered into by CTM and the Macau government will expire on September 30, 2025. Today (18th), CTM and the Macau government entered into a supplement agreement to further extend the term of the concession agreement by two years, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027, with a right to terminate exercisable by the government after September 30, 2026, by giving CTM 60 days' prior notice. An application has already been made by CITIC TELECOM to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading with effect from 1:00 pm today. AAStocks Financial News |
