The Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit 2025 was held in Shenzhen, where several latest advancements in AI technology and products were announced, according to CICC's research report. TENCENT (00700.HK)(TCEHY.US) declared the full opening of its AI implementation capabilities and advantageous scenarios to accelerate the deployment of useful AI. TENCENT released its Hunyuan3D 3.0 model, which enhances level of detail (LOD) by 3x, supporting ultra-high-definition modeling with 3.6 billion voxels. The Company also announced full adaptation with domestic chips, integrating various types of chips through the software capabilities of heterogeneous computing platforms to provide cost-effective AI computing power services externally. CICC maintained its 2025/ 2026 revenue and profit forecasts for TENCENT unchanged, and kept rating at Outperform, with a target price of $700, corresponding to 23x/ 20x non-IFRS PE ratios for 2025/ 2026 respectively, offering an 8.5% upside potential from the current stock price.
