Zelostech Accused of Infringing JD LOGISTICS Intellectual Property; JD.com Already Files Report

Unmanned vehicle delivery R&D company Zelostech has recently been accused of infringing on the intellectual property of JD LOGISTICS (02618.HK), according to Chinese media outlet National Business Daily.

Several core team members of Zelostech, including founder and CEO Kong Qi, co-founder Zhu Weicheng, and co-founder and legal representative Zhuang Li, have backgrounds at JD LOGISTICS and were part of the original JD unmanned vehicle team. They left the company one after another between September and October 2021.

In response to media inquiries, JD.com stated that the group has gathered substantial evidence of Zelostech's infringement and officially reported the case to the public security authorities on November 20, 2024. The case is currently under investigation.
