Huawei plans to begin mass deliveries of its 910C AI chip to Chinese customers as early as May, Reuters quoted sources as saying. Some deliveries have already been made. US President Donald Trump's administration earlier notified Nvidia (NVDA.US) that its H20 AI chip will require a license to export to China. The chip combines two 910B processors into a single package through integration technology, meaning the 910C has double the computing power and memory capacity of the 910B, with incremental improvements, including enhanced support for diverse AI workload data. It achieves performance comparable to Nvidia's H100 chip, which is banned from sales to China in 2022 by the US government. AAStocks Financial News |
