CN Feb M2 Supply Hikes 7% YoY, in Line

At the end of February, China's balance of broad money (M2) amounted to RMB320.52 trillion, representing a YoY growth of 7%, in line with market consensus, according to the People's Bank of China (PBOC)'s announcement.

The balance of narrow money (M1) was RMB109.44 trillion, up 0.1% YoY, 1.0% ahead of the market consensus. The balance of money in circulation (M0) amounted to RMB13.28 trillion, up 9.7% YoY. In 2M25, Net cash injection was RMB456.2 billion.
