Brazilian authorities said in a press conference on Monday (23rd) that BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) is suspected of violating local labor regulations at a construction site of its factory in Bahia, Brazil, Reuters reported. More than 100 Chinese workers at the factory site were hired by another company in China and brought to Brazil from time to time, the authorities revealed.
