YUM CHINA (09987.HK) announced that it repurchased 59,900 shares of the company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) yesterday (29th) at US$39.73-40.29 per share for a total consideration of US$2.4001 million. In addition, the company repurchased 14,900 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on the same day, with the repurchase price per share ranging from $311.6 to $316, for a total consideration of $4.6893 million.
